Todays wonderful wheeler calls herself Shirley. Shirley is an amazing lady who just happens to be the oldest participant so far of A Cartwheel a Day! At the age of (almost) 53, Shirley surprised me with how graceful and splendid she could cart-a-wheel! She is young at heart and obviously her cartwheel hasn't aged much either! She looks great in the upside-down position! Shirley hasn't done a cartwheel in over 25 years, but by looking at the picture no one would ever be able to tell! She has motivated me to keep cartwheeling through my twenties, thirties, fourties, fifties and maybe even sixties! Thanks for your beautiful youth, Shirley!
